Progress!

Before photo - I took out a huge daisy that was smothering several other things, a bunch of something growing every where, added my white daphne and cut back the rosemary so we could actually use the path. Behind Jeremy and Scotty you can see what will be the fruit garden, with large and several small flax, yuccas, etc.

Jeremy got the final large flax of this patch out this morning, this is the last stump to come out of the fruit patch. Josh trying his hand at power tool fun.

Jeremy also got the second big rock out of the vege patch hurray! Decided to take out rosemary after all, sigh, (that can go on end of house or garage) and some miniature roses lost out to probably strawberries, sigh, but can't have everything! But, it's now leveled and ready for next step, yay!

Just realised that the rose closest to the steps is white and a familiar, loved scent!! Blessed!!! =)

I am following the process laid out in http://www.backtoedenfilm.com/how-to-grow-an-organic-garden.html

Very excited to be able to do what I like out there - including chopping down 3 and a bit yuccas yesterday - missed one, need chainsaw for big one. Then there's that massive flax there in the 3rd picture to deal too. =)
